Chocolate Marzipans


100g milk chocolate

Edible gold shimmer dust


Quantity: as many as you want

Oven Temperature: N/A

Cooking Time: N/A

Setting Time: 1-2 hours


  1. Roll the marzipan into small balls about the size of a Malteaser
  2. Melt ¾ of the chocolate in a bowl over simmering water. Take it off the heat and add the remaining chopped up chocolate and stir till smooth
  3. Using a dipping fork or normal fork and tea spoon, dip each marzipan ball into the chocolate so it is covered, shake off the excess and place on a baking tray to set
  4. When set dust with edible gold shimmer dust and place in a petit-four case


Great sweet to make with children as it is cheap and quick to do
